Our Mission

Harbour Lake Christian Academy & Daycare partners with families to provide a quality academic, Biblically-based education to equip both parents and students to impact their culture for Christ.

Our Aim

We are pleased that you have considered Harbour Lake Christian Academy & Daycare to care for your precious little ones. Our aim is to strengthen each child:

* Spiritually – by inclusion of God’s Word and prayer in daily activities led by staff that model Christlike character.

* Physically – by offering experiences that will develop large and small muscle coordination and motor skills.

* Socially – by encouraging participation and cooperation in group activities, as well as learning to follow directions and work independently. This will help build the child’s confidence and a feeling of sense of security, and belonging.

* Intellectually – by exploring and using first hand experiences which help to build enthusiasm for learning.

Our Vision

Harbour Lake Christian Academy & Daycare is a Christian school providing Biblically-based education so that future generations will know God’s truth, remember His works, and not live by the world’s philosophies.

Admission Policy

Harbour Lake Christian Academy & Daycare has an open admission policy with regard to race, color, national or ethnic origin. South Carolina law requires a copy of each child’s immunization record (DHEC#1148) be on file at the school. This is to be provided before the child starts school along with updated immunizations.

Curriculum

Academic excellence is the cornerstone of a Christian school. Harbour Lake Christian Academy & Daycare offers the A Beka Book Publication Curriculum starting in K2-9th grade. A Beka is a Christian based curriculum with a focus on traditional education. Phonics, Math, Science, Social Studies, Reading, Writing, and Bible are all part of our daily activities. Field trips are planned throughout the year to expand your child’s education.
